Since PolyPortables moved to its current location in Dahlonega, Georgia in the early 1970’s, it has been a leader in the development and growth of the portable sanitation industry. What began as a small family enterprise today encompasses a 64,000 square feet thermoforming facility, a 64,000 square feet rotational molding facility and a 12,000 square feet facility dedicated to manufacturing deodorizers, cleaners and air fresheners.
In 2015, PolyPortables was able to partner with 2 incredible rotational molding facilities to further production and speed up lead time. In California, PolyPortables has joined forces with IRM (Innovative Rotational Molding). IRM’s 34,000 square foot facility houses the largest “Rock and Roll” rotational molding machine in the U.S. and other smaller machines which are capable of supporting the growing demand for PolyPortables’ products on the west coast. In Georgia, our ownership company Jordan-Blanchard Capital (JBC) acquired Quality Holdings, LLC. Located in Hartwell, GA this 131,449 square foot manufacturing has been in operation for almost 50 years
